Pulls out Lonely Planet guide and leafs through the map section

Righto I know where I'm going.

9:30AM Front steps of St. Pauls, works for me.

Leafs through the Lonely Planet guide again...
...Williamstown... ferry service... Federation square...

All options sound good to me. I would like to have gander inside St. Pauls.
There's even pictures in here of the Flinders Street Station clocks and the front of St. Pauls. No excuses for getting lost then...

Righto I'll see you at the 2006 RFF meeting in Auckland, New Zealand ;)

...Unless I decide to throw caution to the wind go on that Trans-Siberian railway trip next year...

Stu :)

Righto then, my flight's booked, I'll be down for the day. I'll see you all on the steps at St Pauls at 0930.........

absolutely, we will have a mutual gear fondling session, errrrr I mean appreciation, of course, in a cafe somewhere...........

...and beleive me after the fonding/appreciation you'll have a certain dirty feeling you won't get rid off. Also known as M-itous, also you may catch that nasty Summicron virus too. So goto your doctor and get your shots upto date.

Stu :)

Stu, are you online here in Melbourne? What's the chances of getting together sometime Wednesday? Kris, do you have any contact details for the lad whilst he's here? PM me, if you can - or call me.

Cheers,
Steve

Actually PM me your home phone number... that's a better way then playing internet tag.

Currently I'm staying at the Stork Hotel, which is on the corner of Therry Street and somthing else, next to the Queen Vic markets.
Kris and Tim I've got your numbers.

Stu :)

Well, just got back. Stu, Kris, John, and I had a fun day wandering around, discussing gear, drinking coffee, and taking some pics.
Good to meet some of the people, although I don't know if John's wife will thank us - I think he has serious Leicalust now!

I had several things planned for today, in the end none of them panned out and I could have joined you. Didn't find out until too late. Would have been good to meet up. Where did you'se go?

There will always be the next meeting James. We were all lazy bums - only wander around Southgate, Fed Sq, Block Arcade and GPO. Most of the time spent sitting down drinking coffee/beer, eating and fondling cameras/lenses.

I wonder if John can sleep peacefully from now on.... :D

this is John's WIFE...you boys have something to answer for - he's come back from his outing yesterday rambling on about "M something...35 frame line something...! And he's all jitterry 'cos this morning he had two cups of coffee at the same time....He standing in the naughty corner 'til he tells me what "Summicron" means....
