Given that a major part of discussions here revolves around Leica M and screw mount lenses, it would be far more user friendly IMHO, when these discussions were concentrated in a own dedicated sub-forum rather than split up between various sub-sub-forums that are categorized according to the type (digital/film) and brand (Leica/CV/ZM/Konica...) of camera body used as it is now. It appears that in most cases (with some rare exceptions) the question on what camera body a specific M lens is used (e.g. Bessa or Leica M or Zeiss ZM) is completely irrelevant to the discussion, so I find it difficult to understand why a thread with a title like "Summicron V4 vs. Planar ZM vs. Hexanon 50mm" has to be opened either in the "Digitall Leica M" or in "Leica M 35mm" or in the "Zeiss ZM" or in the "Konica Hexanon" sub-forum. Don't get me wrong - we do not need a specific lens discussion sub-forum for every type of rangefinder lens mount that exists. The problem is really limited to M / screw mount lenses which are clearly the most popular and used across different brands and types (digital/film) of camera bodies. Other lens discussions usually treat either cameras that have fixed lenses or are relatively rare (Contax, Nikon RF...), so there would be no problem to have these discussions within the proper sub-forum for the specific camera as it is now.
At the same time this would also improve the situation in the "optics and lenses" sub-forum. It could be renamed to "optics", which would help keeping it free from the threads discussing specific lenses that pop up there almost daily (because the casual/novice user cannot find any dedicated lens discussion forum at first glance) and that end up being deleted or moved.
So, to be more concrete I would suggest to restructure the forum along the following lines:

- Coffee With Mentors (unchanged)
- Leica M Mount / Screwmount Lenses (NEW sub-forum; there could be two sub-sub-forums for screw mount and M lenses, but it doesn't really matter IMO)
- Digital Rangefinder Cameras (unchanged)
- 35mm Film Rangefinder Cameras (unchanged)
- Bigger than 35 RFs (unchanged)
- Non Rangefinder Cameras (unchanged)
So what do you think?
