Suggestions for library expansion

Thanks for all the suggestions, I've just ordered Salgado's 'Workers' and Kully's suggestion of 'The Photographer' by Emmanuel Guibert. Though I also now have a nice list for the next book buying session. 😀

Excellent choice, I have it since last year and find it fascinating. In addition - the English edition is one-volume and "cheaper" by that, the German edition is 3 volumed hard-cover with Doctors without-borders funding with 1 Euro or so of the price.

As I find new books that I am interested or have bought, I add it, so it becomes a running library, only tailored to my taste.

Nice book, maybe a wee bit too much viral marketing. But got it here, too, and find it inspiring. Mostly colour, by the way.



*edito: My recommendations are 1) China Obscura by Mark Leong; 2) Eskenazi's Wonderland; 3) Suau's Beyond the Fall and 4) Vanessa Winship's book about the Black Sea (got the German mare-magazine edition, see here: http://www.amazon.de/Schwarzes-Meer..._1_cc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1295728015&sr=1-1-catcorr
, no clue about an international edition).
All are rather reportage than street, but very good stuff!

I for myself am looking for some new books, too, maybe I'll get myself one of the works by Sluban.
