Every year the tree-pruning crews from the local council go round in the late autumn and cut the trees right back. Next summer the growth starts up again in earnest and produces some really interesting looking foliage.
Despatched this morning to the supermarket to get some supplies, and I was feeling the need to take some pictures. Sometimes I get a cold or virus that messes with my inner ear and makes me really dizzy. This happened yesterday, so I couldn't take any pictures, even though I had the time. Feeling better today.
Trying my new setting on the X100 of jpg with Auto-HDR, should it also be known as Auto-ETTR? Import into lightroom and push the midtones wherever you see the ISO running above 200. "Push the midtones" is just a pretentious way of saying bump the "fill light" slider. Plus the normal vibrance and clarity boost.
