Summer in the City (w/nw)

Thanks for the kind words, Dave.

The "Summer 2013" project was the first series I had shot entirely in color in over 35 years and involved many members of my family, including a newborn grandchild who came along at the very end of that summer. The second photo I posted here is from that project and was shot with some sort of cheap Lomo type film camera that records multiple images on a single frame. In fact, most of the entire project was shot with toy cameras.

The first shot, the beach photo, was shot with a Lomo lens mounted on a digital camera.

The "Our Garden of Angels" event was one of the more emotional scenes I have ever covered.
