Summicron 50 and Bessa R2

Hi,

i' looking for a 50mm , and in my dreams there 're a Summicron, but before i would to be sure that this lens works on the Bessa R2.

The doubt has born look at the sito of camera quest, where the summicron dual range is mark like not compatibily......

The dual range summicron will not work on the bessa sorry to say, what you need to find is a summicron rigid which is basically the same lens as the dual range but does not have the close focus ability but will work on the camera. That said the dual range/rigid summicrons are heavy, sharp, fantastic lenses. I think I saw a rigid on ebay a few days ago for 425 buy it now, might be worth checking out.
