Summicron R 50mm Lens

Hmmm.... the focus ring wobbles now after two rolls and if you shake the lens either mounted or not, it is loud enough to hear the "thunk" across the room.🙁

DAG said he would fix it for about $50...something must have come loose.

Anyone else have a lens do this before?😕

I have had a few of these and never seen that problem. Hopefully just a loose retaining ring. Best of luck, terrific lens!

I've not had this unfortunate experience with my copy. Is this perhaps the R version of the Zeiss Wobble effect? I think it's worth $50 to get your copy up and running free of concern.
