Stuart. many thanks. Some really lovelly images. I have tried the pre aspherical 50mm on my M8. It seemed very similar to my 50 F2 cron and not substantially better to make it worth changing. I get pretty good results with my 50. Its more that I want to be able to focus a bit closer and also be a bit further away. I am very attracted to the beautiful transition from focus to OOF and this to me looks nicer than the 50? It is very subjective. Anyway for what its worth I have reserved the 75 lux and just need to flog some of my large format gear!! (Hope you are not reading this Roger Hicks)
