It's OK...gear comes and goes. I am rebuilding my kit- but am deciding between a 50+90 or just a 75 in addition to my 35. I had a perfect example 75 lux, but sold it. But then again, I rarely used the thing preferring to use a noct. But I think the 50 lux asph is preferable, so will probably go for that! So, I sympathize, but as you said when one closes another opens and usually it's better! Also, my new 35 lux asph is a nicer example. And my MP compared to my former M6 TTL- well no comparison there. ; )

Second the recommendation on Sherry Krauter. She does great work, and her site frequently has lenses she has just worked over. If she has a summitar right now, I dont' think you can go wrong. good luck
