Sunpak 1600A /Olympus C5050?

Hi,I use the Sunpak 1600A with my Olympus rangefinder ,it is a great small flash with bounce.Would i be able to use this with an Olympus C5050 digital camera?I do not want to damage the camera as it is not mine.Thanks for any advice David 🙂

David: Give Olympus support a call. I had the same question regarding other flashes (Vivitar 283, Rollei E36 RE) when used with my Olympus C2000, and the support staff was very helpful.

The trigger voltage of some flash units is too high for some digital cameras, so you are right to want a correct answer.
