Super Ikonta III repair service in Europe

Hello,
Who would you recommend to service a Super Ikonta III.
It needs new bellows and could benefit from a CLA.

Read my thread, a bellows is not always possible to replace in some Ikonta cameras. The front plate is sometimes riveted to the back in both film wells, drilling out and re riveting would certainly involve a serious machine shop with a good degree of deft being needed.
I am very mechanically minded and see no easy or hard way of doing mine. And then there is finding a set of bellows as well !!!!
