Anyone know of a super small camera insert for just a Leica with an attached lens. Somewhere around 7 x 4 x 3 or so.
Want to pad a hip bag for use for backpacking. Have the perfect bag but know it's liable to get bumped around. Most camera hip bags are just too big and bulky although I'd be open to that too.
The Chrome Niko Sling is close but I really don't need to carry around a metal seatbelt buckle backpacking.

Maybe not exactly what you're after, but I have one of these and use it with both my MP or my X100 when I don't want a bag, but want a little bit of protection.

Sweet!
I think I'm going to grab one of those Manfrotto Nano pouches for my Nikon SP and 50/1.4.
Looks like it will fit with plenty of room in my Kakadu bag. Thanks for sharing!

There's someone at ETSY that makes inserts to order. If you search Etsy.com for "camera bag insert", their stuff will come up. You won't necessarily see the size you're looking for, but send them and e-mail telling them what you want. They respond quickly.

I bought one of these Manfrotto cases. Its just big enough to hold the Fuji X100, but it might be too little to hold a Leica body with lens.

The Artisan & Artist Rina case (seems to be discontinued, though) or its apparent successor.
The Black Label Bags knockoff of the Rina (except it's even more expensive and in leather).
The Hard Graft pop-up camera case.
The Leica Neoprene case 14867.
Simplest of all and most versatile: just use a camera wrap with velcro closures. I have one from C
