No, but you could get a colour LCD from a media player for not much more. Combine it with the proposed projector and you wouldn't be far off. Maybe 50 and a bit of change back. Not so cool on the other hand.
In the picture of the film strip on their site, you can just make out "KODAK EB-3" in the upper rebate. That's Elitechrome, isn't it?
By the way, holy crap that thing is tiny! I know they say the've projected 2.5 ft images, but those have to be extremely grainy. No "pixels"? OK ... LOL! ... but if you can see grain the size of walnuts in a 2.5-ft projection, how is that better than pixels? Still, grudging credit to them for doing anything even remotely new(-ish)(-like) involving film.
Maybe they sell it to 'kinder surprise' these chocolate eggs with toys inside.
It's just that a toy - what's the area per picture with nine of them arranged in a circle on a 24x36mm slide ?? 3x5mm or even smaller, this is rediculous if it's for anything else but the fun of it.
