I love this one and have since the day I first saw it. The Balkans have a legendary history of odd. So much that is off-beat here can be dismissed as, "Oh, well, it's the Balkans." The petty nationalism puts us to shame. They really play it up in the Balkan States. But what was the point? Check out this photo. I dismiss the question of "What's going on here??" with, "Oh, well, it's the Balkans."
