17th would suit me best or the 24th at a pinch. I'm skiing from the 25th to the 31st (if there's any snow by then :( ).

I like 17th/18th or 31st/1st. Can't do the weekend in between. In fact I'm going to Melbourne, so maybe there's an RFF meeting on there!
 
Been busy the past few days trying to get my proint out for the Print Swap.

Looks like its a tie between the 17th and the 31st

Anyone care to break the tie and surgest a location? Im happy to spend time shooting anything anywhere.
 
Thanks for organising this Adrian. Regarding venue, I like the Cockatoo island idea, but I know it doesn't suit everyone. I vote though for NOT The Rocks/Circular Quay/Opera House.
What about Kings Cross or Darlinghurst or Surry Hills?

Ok Lets make this the 17th of August. Im sure if all goes well we will have another meet up Following in the future.

The Rocks, Circular Quay for the first meet up? Starting with Coffee and Cameras, then a photo walk and a cold beverage to finish maybe?
The Lord Nelson springs to mind for a cold drink...
 
Also had the thought if anyone here is a member of a Photo club or has some freinds who may enjoy the day please do ask them to join.

24th or 31st would have been best for me but I was late in stating that so I can take my chances. I will try to make the 17th some time when the time and place is identified.

Hey sorry giuys have been flat out.

Lets say early afternoon 1:30pm suit everyone? Anyway surgest a meeting point in the rocks for us all?

If this is enjoyable we will organise another one next month for the guys who cant make next weekend.

I'll watch for another one next month or later. I'd love a chance to visit Cockatoo Island, The Rocks or Circular Quay.
 
I'm another who can't make it. I've tried to make that weekend fit in around work but I just won't be able to get home from Melbourne for the 17th.

Lets Meet at 1:30pm At the water fountain near StarBucks near the corner of Pitt St and Alfred Street just next to Circular Quay

Really hope we can get a few people there. I will be happy to organise another one in a month or so to get to Cockatoo Island
