And probably head down to Darling Harbour for a beer or two afterwards.

Next one is Sunday 21st October.

I did OK yesterday, the missus has been on at me for a while to get her another canonent (her last one jammed up irreparably); I found a very nice GL17.
Also got a mint trapdoor lens hood for my Summitar.
But the best one was totally unintentional, I've been looking for a Leica 35mm finder for a while, but they are scarecer than you'd think, and bloody expensive when you find them. A bloke at the show had a M-mount 35 Summaron lens, I was just casually looking at it and he mentioned he had the matching lens hood and viewfinder as well. I casually asked how much and he mentioned a price for all three that was LESS than the finders go for on ebay. Couldn't get my wallet out quick enough!
But what the hell am I going to do with the 35 Summaron?????? 😉

I need a small door stop, you could just send it to me.

The doorstop would probably work best with an M6 attached.

the summaron is actually in quite nice condition, i need to drag out the digicam, get some pics of it, and get it up in the classifieds. and a few of the other user condition lenses that i seem to have accumulated. how does that happen?????
maybe next camera show i need to get a table....

Damn! Missed it again. And with my birthday on the 21st, I could have even bought something with the best wishes of my other half.

Definitely in the diary for the 21/10 and if possible all us Aussies R/Fer's should meet for a beer at Darling Harbour afterwards...
