You're actually supposed to use nitrogen so you don't oxidize all your solutions.

But that is an awesome machine he's built!

I saw it already before. Made from a hobbyist. But still a lot of money because a second hand refurbished ATL is not that expensive. The new STARK processors are also cheaper. $1200.

There's also this, sort of a copy of Jobo ATL 1500. Brand new and made in China. Notice they also manufacture one type of drum as well as reels, 100% based on Jobo 2500 system.

The new STARK processors are also cheaper. $1200.

STARK looks hardly much of a processor. It just heats and rotates the drum, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

STARK or Jobo CPE/CPA work in the same way. A big volume of water, regulated and a rotary system. At least in the STARK you can use all type of different drums.
