Congrats! See how easy it is with a Nikon RF!

You didn't believe me when I said I had a bunch of these!??
I took the Chicago picture because of your inspirattion!! I do have many a pictures I took before this thread---The Washington monument behind a traffic sign, the Washington Cathedral taken from Wisconsin Ave. ....

Just for the record, though, if anybody (including me) thinks this is a safe practice, it absolutely is not. While you're shooting, you're not driving. No matter how quickly you shoot, it takes longer than almost every accident. Lecture over! That said, I still love it.

I shoot with a Nikon S3 these days and I learnt not to close my eye while shooting!! I did bring the camera to my eye to compose the shot going to Chicago(90 east) but I could have done it without!!!

You have been driving an 18 wheeler for 25 years?? show me some of your pictures---Are you using a Nikon SLR???

What am I doing on that side of the road? Well, it adds to the excitement 😉

But look at my friend riding in front. He's standing up on the footpegs and is not holding the handlebars with either hand !!!!!!

This all reminds me of a friend who was pulled over and given a ticket for practicing his trumpet while driving to work one morning. The funny thing was that he couldn't understand what he was doing wrong-he always practices while driving!

Great! And folks are worried about cell phone use while driving. This is a hilarious thread. Just hope no accidents result. Folks please be careful.

However, having said that, I'll have to give it a shot too. I'll have to clean my windshield, though. Get too many bug splats this time of year, particularly towards the evening.

I actually wondered about doing this a couple of times during the commute home. The clouds were incredible a couple of times looking out at what is now rapidly disappearing farm land North of Dallas.
