Does Anyone know where I can get a service manual for my Tamron 28-50 mm Lens.

Oh. I didn't see anything either. I ran my mouse through the post and "selected", then I saw there was text.

I don't know where to find a service manual for any Tamron lenses. That's likely to be a difficult thing to find. I happen to see some crazy stuff (in terms of repair manuals) show up on ebay. So you never know...
