there is an Adaptall to Pentax K, more precisely KA adapter that includes electrical contacts and which makes the lens function just like a Pentax A lens, that is aperture can be chosen on the camera, automatic exposure modes = A,S,P asf. modes working as with any modern lens, focus is manual.
in case that your adapter doesn't have the electrical contacts it will make your Adaptall lens work like a Pentax M lens, that is aperture is set on lens and pressing the green button on camera will make a pretty good metering / choose shutter speed, see: http://www.tremyfoel.co.uk/photography/pentax/KM-pentax.htm resp.: http://support.us.ricoh-imaging.com/node/1

Well-known
Pentax adapters are pretty straightforward. Stick the lens on and see what it does. Possibly the camera may need to be told to accept a non-registering lens.
The Pentax digitals are quite capable - based on the K100D I have. It will meter pretty much anything that can be strapped on - much better than the cheap film bodies.

Be sure to watch out for the Ricoh adapt-all mounts. They have the little Ricoh pin which I've heard can be problematic on real Pentax cameras. All of my AD-2 gear gets used with a Pentax>Canon adapter so it's not a problem and I can buy the usually cheaper Ricoh adapter.
The 60B is as good as everyone says it is.
