Is it just a sign of times that people who wish to be paid to have their photo taken, seem to think that the person holding the camera, taking the photos, and PAYING for the photos,,


should have no right to say "no tattoos" or "lets cover those things up"?

A few layers here -- I would figure the picture-taker would be attracted to the person because of the tattoos (no accounting for taste!), so it seems odd that the picture-taker would request no (or no visible) tattoos. But assuming they still want to take the picture, then yes, it's up to the picture taker what he/she wants to have in the picture. If the subject disagrees that the tattoos can't appear, well, the picture taker can move on. The subject doesn't have to consent to being photographed.

Assuming the tattoo is not known of until the last minute.. I have seen a good number of people advertising themselves on model mayhem, and when you do hunt them down through their alternate sites.... you realize you were viewing a 5 year old picture, and the former cutie poo now has vines tattooed over her legs.
