can anyone tell me if this camera takes Graflok accessories? i.e., Grafmatic back. Caveats?

Yes, no caveats. Technikas have an "International" back, which is a way of saying "Graflok" without intruding on any trademarks. It also highlights the fact that the camera can shoot 9x12cm as well as 4x5".

A Grafmatic can work on a Technika either with the Graflok slides or under the groundglass. When I'm focusing with the groundglass, I slip it under the glass, but when I'm shooting rangefinder-style, I usually take off the groundglass panel and use the slides to lighten it up.
