Tele-Elmarit 90mm help

I've got a very stiff Tele-Elmarit 90 which needs to be re-lubed. Anyone have instructions for this job? Alternatively, I can send it out but I'm willing to do the job if the lens can be brought back to proper focus. If it's too tricky, I'd appreciate any recommendations for services.

Focus stiff, aperture stiff....? Signs of abuse? What country...? The experts will want all of that info.
