at 580gms whats the advantage over a traditional slr lens? that seems mighty hefty for a 'compact' system...
too bad about moving back the pancake. personally im more captivated by the 10-24, and unfortunately for me theres been no info on that one in any way.

Where does it say the pancake is moved back, and moved back from what original date?
A recent interview said it was supposed to come out in April or May at the same time as the zoom.

You must be referring to the Baker interview. UK and USA more than likely have different release dates, as has been the pattern with other Fuji products, and Baker is employed by Fujifilm USA. Since this was a casual interview with a vague time frame, I'm not sure that this can really be used in a UK show as an original release date for the pancake, anymore than April could have been listed as the original for the 55-200.
