Teleprompters for DSLR's....

Wasn't sure if this fell into the SLR category, but here goes...

I need to get a teleprompter to shoot a video with my Nikon D4. Has anyone ever used one and, if so, have any recommendations? I'm looking to keep it in the $500-$600 range.

Thanks for the reply -- they probably are available for rent, but it is something that's going to be used on a regular basis, and this particular client is willing to share the costs.

I've tried cue cards next to the camera, but it still looks like the person is looking slightly off camera. I do like the idea of a teleprompter that has a scrolling feature to it -- perhaps one of those iPad ones?

Yes, B+H has them. Just not sure if one is better than the other, whether they work well, how easy they are to set up etc etc.

You will want to figure it out with your talking head or his/her prompter control person - teleprompters are a very personal matter, what will suit one person may throw another off track...
