Testing new future hosting facility

I just browsed through some older threads with few views. They don't snap open but are reasonably fast, all in the range of a couple of seconds.

Socke,

I am an Informix Guru 🙂 Been an Informix DBA since 1994. I cant stand oracle! I wish they would write this forum software to integrate with Informix.

the test site seems to be performing well. a lot better than on the previous hosting system.

Primitive but generates traffic 🙂

I get between 38 and 150 KByte/second on three lines with 6Mbit/s download rate each.

Myself, I'm on a fourth 1Mbit/s sdsl line with a browser and everything seems to work.

well. i made dslrexchange go live with the new hosting facility. it should be done propegating dns over night. If you edited your host file go ahead and remove the entries from the test site. If this works out RFF is next 😀

Oh, yea. no data loss next time.

So, are we ready yet ? Do I have a go from you guys 🙂

dslrexchange.com is doing well as far as speed goes. No complaints so far.

I don't want to jinx it. But it is really fast right now! I think I will dsiable new psosts tonight and start moving over 🙂

Yes we moved. And expect it to be slow while I backup the heck out of this thing.
