Texture rather than bokeh...

I gravitate towards lenses with texture. .. something that looks and feels like nothing else... yeah, I like the swirly oof bokeh of a lot of lenses... but color rendition and how it makes the subject almost pop off the print...

Lenses like the canon 50/1.2, the fuji macro, the 50/1.5 summarit, summitars, summars, summicrons.

What are your favourite lenses with texture?

Well, the Canon seems to have both texture and bokeh. I'd say the Nikkor 50/1.2 also. So, as I understand, one has to print a lot to understand texture.
