My recent experience with one of the RFF sponsors. In July of 2005, I ordered and received a new Bessa R2a from CameraQuest. Shortly thereafter, I moved my household from one end of the state to the other. The Bessa just sat on the shelf while more pressing matters were attended to. I had shot only one roll of film thru it. After reading on this forum about the eyepiece coming loose and falling off, I discovered that I did not get the eyepiece with my camera . I called Stephen and explained this. Without hesitation, he promptly sent me a new one. THIS AFTER 6 MONTHS! Service doesn't get much better than this. THANK YOU, STEPHEN.

2 months ago I ordered 2 R2A diopters from Mr. Gandy and after 6 weeks I still did not receive the items. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Gandy and I got the items I wanted for free! Please note that I did not insure the package! Jolly good show!

I moved from Medford to Newberg. 34 out of last 35 days of rain, but forecast for FOUR days of no rain (but fog instead). But, Spring is around the corner (how far around?).
