G'man, I finally shot, processed, contacted another roll. First roll, no battery so my Sunny 16 needed some practice. My new roll is good. Prints (yah, only RC just to test, are SUPER sharp).
Here's some scan of the negs. I printed some shots but they are already somewhere else. I hate scanning and viewing negs, not exactly like the real thing but close enough. I like this little camera.
I have an Oly RC coming in soon. Hope to get some scans of that in January.
BTW, all Konicas (SLR's and rangefinders, and P&S) have a tiny little notch in different areas. Look towards the top of the right hand border and you'll see the notch for this camera.

Yep, the Konica Auto S2 is a great camera. And I'm sure your's is in great shape if greyhoundman worked on it.
I'm curious about the "Konica notch" you referred to. I see it in the pics you posted but wasn't aware of such a thing. Is this really something unique to the Konica? Do all Konicas have this? Guess I'll have to pull out some of my negatives to see for myself!

P.S. I like the second shot. Your shadow behind the girl makes for an interesting composition.

Oh, I do like the notch. (Shots are nice too!) Makes it easy to match negs to a particular camera. For me, though, it makes a 35mm neg look kinda like a sheet film neg! Very cool!

I've owned Konica T, T2, T3, C35AF (2x) and now a Koni s2. They all have the notch even the lowly P&S. I now only have 2 T3's and they both have them. I pretty much only print full frame and I know which Koni I shot with cause of the notch.vrgard said:Yep, the Konica Auto S2 is a great camera.
