That synching feeling

well the flash synch on my R-D1 went south. :bang:I was using a wein safe synch w/ Norman flash system. Yesterday i was shooting no problems except everytime i touched the camera it would fire because the static buildup from my hands. Today i go to shoot again and the synch is not working . I guess i blew out the synch with the static discharge from my hands. I did try the safe sync on another camera and it works just fine. Any ideas were i can get the synch repaired.

I searched the archives and found Steve's camera repair center. Spoke with him yesterday and he said he could repair it. I will also have it cla at the same time. So i'll be sending it out today. Back to film for a bit.
