The $39 Yashica D. first photos.

My first tlr was also a Yashica D. It even needed some repair. I loved it. Later o got a Rolleicord V and made this:

Later the rolleicord was stolen, and the Yashi went to Barcelona to a fellow RFFer when i bought a 70 y old Rolleiflex automat. Now i have a 'flex 3.5F as well, but kept the automat with uncoated Tessar. Does a great(but different) job even compared to the Planar on the 3.5F.
they are great tools, and fun to use. And i love how people react on them.

I'll take an "ugly" camera like that any day of the week. BTW, which lens do you have on the camera, the Yashinon or the Yashikor?

thanks for the compliments guys, i've been neglecting the camera lately. mainly shooting digital. that and ive run out of things to shoot in central fl
