Great subject, I'm not sure but I get the feeling that light isn't what modern day or even older street photographers want. They seem to want to shove the mid-tone slider on the histogram to the right to make thing look depressing.

I'm not in that camp, here is my photo. Tmax100 shot at 50 developed in HC110h but I use very minimal agitation (for some highlight compensation, if that is possible with modern film):
