As I said, I got it from him in person, in an e-mail, and is not taken from a site. It might have been published in a paper bulletin only, I'm not sure. However I do not have his permission to spread this all over the internet, even though I'm pretty sure that he wouldn't disagree. So if you want to use it, send Peter a mail.
