Yes, those are skulls with Mohawk haircuts on the side and back of this bus that sits in front of a storefront church called Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana's inner city.

I only saw this bus once and didn't have an opportunity to locate the owner. I believe he might live aboard this one.
