Thanks for sharing. It’s a shame that Kodak lost so much of its potential in the digital sector.
This is the first full-spectrum camera sold in the DCS system, the DCS200ir. I had them custom make this. I've seen one other, successive serial number to this one.

The engineer laughed when I told him what I wanted, after looking at the spectral response of the KAF-1600. "We spent years making it look like film, and you want us to undo all of that". I miss Kodak. Publish all the technical datasheets, with phone numbers to the engineers. They picked up the phones and would spend some time discussing technical matters.

Fascinating stuff - redolent with terms from my days as an engineer - "SCSI" (scuzzy) and such.
