An image as unique as a film negative...but something so much more. The image you see is not just a record, but stands as a tangible piece of the moment itself. There is an image of me, about age 6, holding a little bag of chips, replete with the grease stains from those very chips, made as I held and furiously shook the paper square. Then everyone took it and passed it around, and it made its way into various boxes and other hands over the past 30 years. Sure it could be scanned and photoshopped and those colors could be pumped up. But the one I want to frame is the old dirty faded one that's as unique as the moment, because it was the moment.
