Not my story to tell, but very much one I've experienced.

"This month I bought a Yashica 635 and… it didn't turn well. It had a couple of flaws I could live with, but the rear lens wasn't in good condition. It had marks that I'm not entirely sure were fungus or the glass elements separating; the typical "maybe it can be repaired, maybe it can't" kind of thing, that "it won't affect the photos much" until it does. Aesthetically, it was fine, and I took my time until I decided not to keep it. I could already picture myself out and about taking photos with my TLR1 camera, but it wasn't to be. At least I have a comic to tell the story."
