The Excitement has died down...

My interest has settled into almost daily, continuous use. It is a camera that never fails to delight me when I use it. Try saying that about any other camera!

I got out yesterday on a mini photo safari with the G1 and my Ultron 35/1.7. ( i used the M39 to MFT adapter.) It was my first real outing with a CV lens and the G1. It was enjoyable. Focusing was pretty easy except the side light glare coming around the side of my glasses. I also learned that polarizing sun glasses and an LCD don't appear to get a long very well. ;)
. . . Burkey

My excitement hasn't died down at all for the G1.

Nighttime exposure down my residential street, G1 on Bogen tripod, using Panasonic remote shutter release, ISO 200; camera chose an exposure time of around 18 seconds.

Orion is in the upper left portion of the sky.
