The Glow

Yep, maybe older glass has really something to do with this. I like to think of this shot of my brother as my humble contribution to the glow.

Old normal lens (Industar 52/2.8), aperture at f/4 or so, not harsh light conditions (shot under the trees).

Now not sure about the other conditions, film was Delta 100, and the developer, well, the lab knows 🙂

I have not processed B&W in a while, but will be after summer. BUT I will bet the Scheider Xenon's and Xenar's on the Kodak Retina cameras will give the desired effect.

I may have the opportunity to acquire a Kodak Retina, soon. How are they? It looked slow and cumbersome to me, is it? Nice glass?
