Located on Bridge Street in Granbury, the house was built in 1892 by local saloonkeeper, Robert Randolph Daniel. He later sold the house that same year to Wesley Smith Harris, a prominent local furniture dealer and undertaker. It was declared a historical landmark in 1981.
