Gotta agree here, Marmite is pretty awful stuff.

The secret, by the way, to shooting with Vegemite is to spread it sparingly as its effect can be very over powering, espcially if you are unused to it.

Right on brother ... an ex girlfriend turned me on to Promite and I've never looked back!
