The importance of paper

Apology accepted, gnuyork. It's easy to get confused with similar sounding names, and my "I have not heard..." was a concession that I might have missed something. I'm not at home right now, but I know I tried an Epson Exhibition matte paper that was very rich in tone with good shadow detail; I'll check when I get home.

I should clarify - It's Epson Exhibition fiber, that I use and like, FYI. Unfortunately my latest printer is a 44" wide Canon printer (now somewhat old actually) and I read somewhere that the Epson Exhibition fiber does not do well in this printer so I use the more expensive Hahnemhule Fine Art Bartya and the Red River Polar Metallic.
