The Invisible Camera

Imagine if this was real. Not only have they 'invented' a camera 15 years too late but they completely contradicted themselves. Super low ISO with possibility of 1/100000th of a sec top shutter speed, For photographing the Sun, from mercury, perhaps?

Its one of the better produced april fools in the photo world Ive seen though.
Not quite as good as the add on you could buy for ~£35 that converted your Ipod touch to iphone a couple off year back.

I see no red dot, therefore I have no interest.

EDIT: Do love the dramatic pans with the Law and Orderesque scene change noise.

That's almost as outrageous as the rumours we've been hearing about this new camera from Fuji with the hybrid viewfinder.

That said ... I'll be ordering my invisible camera so I can participate in the field testing program!

:)

Actually I could see 'The Impossible Project' people marketing and selling these.

And the 'Lomography' crowd won't be able to resist either I wouldn't think!

:D

Pretty funny April fools joke. They could sell a million of them on the Internet, though.

Finally, not only the Emperor, but the Emperor's Camera, has no clothes! ;)

Funny!

technically a total nonsense, but funny nonetheless.
I specially liked the pseudo scientific BS.
reminds me of the guys in white selling me toothpaste with graphs.

It's totaly nonsense.
I don't understand how the goldfish can live without water.
(All the water will escape by the pinhole actually).

The huge vortex generated by the water rushing through the pinhole will hold the unluckiest goldfish firmly against it - a perfect vacuum seal that will protect the other goldfish. Until that perfect seal eats them.

Whatever. I'm making as much sense as he did.

...Mike

I'll swear that towards the end of that video our German? friend is having trouble keeping a straight face! :D
