I don’t understand what this list is supposed to produce or how it is to be used.

It reminds me of a list that shows all radioactive decay chains eventually decay to lead.

It’s supposed to produce anxiety when photographing… 😉 You have to make sure your list is in order before you click the shutter

I don't quite understand the point of this "List" ... a list of technical things that degrade the quality of your photographs? Shouldn't that be obvious to anyone even half-way knowledgeable about taking pictures? 😕

The single most important thing that makes photographs unsatisfactory is a lack of intent in the making of the picture, followed by sloppy execution on the part of the photographer. Big sensor, small sensor, tiny negative, big negative, focus, grain, noise, aperture, steadiness, lens quality, and on and on are just contributing factors to how well the capture of intent and the attention to detail in the capture process by the photographer can work.
