The M2 arrived today

And as an added bonus it has the M2,3 quick load kit installed. 🙂

A few practice runs and I got the hang of loading it. Not as fast as the M6 but faster than the M3 way.. 😎 😎

I'll be using it at Scarbourgh Faire this weekend..😀

The 2 main differences are the viewfinder framelines and film counter. My M3 always shows the frame for 50mm even when a 90 or 135mm lens is mounted whereas the 35 goes away on the M2 when a 50 or 90mm lens is mounted.

The M3's counter is internal and self resetting by pulling the take-up spool slightly out.

Other than the above mentioned items both are pretty much the same..there's no real difference in handling..

😉 Uhh, yeah...had to wait for the M4 for that oxymoron to straighten itself out.... 😀
