Last night I dreamed I was given a panoramic Leica M9 fixed-lens rangefinder with a film winder operated by a flathead screwdriver (not supplied). The lens had a 50mm focal length/50mm filter diameter.

The whole thing came pre-brassed.

well, that's more realistic than some of the ideas people put forward as 'dream cameras', or swear they they've heard a reliable rumour about.

You've got to be kidding! This sounds more like a nightmare (or a scenario to put Leica out of business once and for all) to me.
