The ads/price lists for the big Manhattan camera stores at the back of Modern Photography were always required reading for me.
To me they proved rather fictional; i.e. every time I went to one of the stores in person the price of the item(s) I wanted was higher.

That fish is a green puller, Chromis viridis. Beautiful little animal.

We just call them "Green Chromis" in my West Coast reef community. Should always have 5 or more since they are schoolers and constantly pick and nip at each other. I had a school of about 6-7 back when I had "reefer madness" and tanks at home and my office.

...I suspect some folks would be hoping this stuff would come back into production post-Brexit. Oddly enough, it hasn't appeared. 😅

You beat me to it! A failure of doctrine, where bombers would happily allow you to fly along side and take potshots at them without firng back. Even the Mosquito suffered the indignity of a mock-up turret on the prototype, because the Air Ministry were so sold on the concept.
