The Magazine Camera Ads

A fellow I bought an Airesflex from sent me a copy of this magazine from 1957. It included this 3rd page ad and a much quoted and very complimentary article about the Aires 35’s. The list of advertisers is interesting. Vikki Dougan on the cover is another very nice bonus.

That's exactly what I did over the past decade - bought every great camera I ever owned and got it operational and used it. After I had satisfied my trip down memory lane, I sold everything I didn't plan to use regularly. It was great fun, made me a bit of a repairman and was a great joy.

I've done a bit of that too. Seller's remorse can be expensive 🙂=
