The obligatory first photos

The whole rangefinder thing seems like trying to dimly remember how photography was when I was a boy.

I was keen to get the 35 RC because it was about the same size as the trip but offered the prospect of more control. I am pretty happy with the way it is working out, although there is a lot to get used to, not least the discipline of seeing in a single focal length.

I am happy with its metering and I am pretty happy with the way that the roll of XP2 worked out as well. Here are a few of the shots that were more right than wrong.

To be honest, they are mostly snaps, although I am reasonably happy with the third image.

I also own the little RC but have yet to maximize its potential esp. in street photography. Your third shot is very impressive!
