I was unimpressed. That sort of photography was very common during the period of the Soviet Union and I have books containing many images of that sort, which I find much more to my taste.
Thanks for the link. It was broadcast on Swedish television several times, but I managed to miss it. Maud Nycander is a fine photographer in her own right, and she became a great documentary filmmaker in the past decade.
